- Pre-application online where we get their basic information.
- We then invite applicants to visit our office to fulfill certain requirements and undergo an in-person interview.
- We conduct a criminal background check through the Health Care Worker Registry.
- We provide them with paid online training as mandated by the state (Illinois Department of Public Health, IDPH).
- Once hired, we can match their skills and qualifications to fit specific client needs.
Absolutely! We have fulfilled all legal requirements to operate a caregiving service that clients can rely on and trust.
